Our Policy

All online purchases are a final sale; however, if there are any issues with an order upon arrival due to shipping, please contact us via e-mail at hello@hideoutdistro.com or through the contact form on our site. Be prepared with photos of packaging and product for any shipping conundrums or damages. We package and ship our orders securely with biodegradable cushioning materials so that it arrives safe and sounds and ready to use. 

Orders are processed to ship within 3-5 business days and are shipped via regular ground shipping with Canada Post or an arranged time for delivery to your door if you are located in central Edmonton (you will be contacted via email once your order has been placed to arrange this if so!). Please be aware that from time to time there are disruptions with Canada postal service (ex: postal strike), and we will opt for alternate shipping methods to get your order to you. Please be patient with us and the systems during these times!

If you'd prefer local Edmonton pick-up from our central pick-up location at Take Care Cafe, select the option at checkout to waive shipping! We send a confirmation when your order is be ready for pick up (typically within 3 business days of your order placement unless otherwise communicated) to your contact email or mobile number in your order details. 

 

Our products are made using certified ingredients with your health and safety as our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we do our due diligence and include information on each and every product on safety of use as well as instructions for use. By purchasing any Hideout Home Goods products, customers assume the risks and responsibility for the use of these products and Hideout will not liable for any damage or harm due to the misuse of our products.
