Return Policy

Our in-store purchase return policy is store credit or exchange within 10 business days of purchase with receipt, unworn/unused/unwashed and with tags. The following product types are final sale: 

  • All vintage items
  • Jewelry (especially earrings)
  • Body products
  • Hair products
  • Hats and toques
  • Socks
  • Books/Magazines
  • Tapes/Records
  • Mugs/Dishes/Cups/Ceramics
  • Food goods
  • Water bottles

We can exchange sizes if we have them in stock or can arrange to have them in stock 


Online Orders

All online purchases are a final sale; however, if there are any issues with an order please contact us via e-mail at or through the contact form on our site. Be prepared to send photos of packaging and product for any shipping conundrums or damages. 

Orders are processed to ship within 3-5 business days and are shipped via regular ground shipping with Canada Post or an arranged time for delivery to your door if you are located in central Edmonton (you will be contacted via email once your order has been placed to arrange this if so!). 

Larger parcels are expedited and have automatic tracking, but for smaller items tracking can be arranged for an additional charge. Just send us a message!

If you'd prefer local pick-up, select the option at checkout to waive shipping! Your order will be ready for pick up typically within 2 business days of your order placement, where we will then get in touch with you to schedule local pick up.
