Glass Buffalo is a literary magazine in search of mythic power. We’re collecting the words and stories of emerging writers at the University of Alberta in order to cultivate a creative literary community.

Sarah Bennett's story, "Wanting," won Silver in the Fiction category, Jessica Johns' poem, "Can you imagine my love for banana facts?" was nominated in the Poetry category, Mishma Mukith's essay, "For Men Only," was nominated in the Emerging Writer category at the 2018 Alberta Magazine Awards.
